▪️YANO SEICHAJOU matcha located in Uji, Kyoto. They are a small tea farm runs by family. Their matcha line reflects the rich tea culture of Kyoto Japan. 

▪️Usucha: full bodied, slightly dryness, subtle bitterness along with the sweetness right after taste.

▪️Latte: no dryness, no bitterness, strong tea flavour, slightly creamy.

▪️For Latte - Uji No Tsuki, Miyabi No Shiro 
▪️For Usucha ( can also use for latte) - Tenraku, Houun

Also, for a better tasting, try cold-whisked . Some matcha actually works pretty well in cold-whisking.
